Imagine a photo booth that prints out edible cookies. Neat right?! Wicked Good Cookies will help you add “a little bit of sugar and a whole lot of spice” to your next event with their Photo Cookie Station. Guests can take a picture from the booth and it’ll be printed directly on top of the cookie! I love the idea of it being a wedding favor and activity in one!
Similar to the average cost of renting a regular photo booth, the Photo Cookie Station includes the following:
- 4 hours of printing
- 200 freshly baked cookies
- Customized borders (i.e. Thank you and date)
- “Green screen” setup
- On-site technician
Wicked Good Cookies also offers customized cookies for bridal showers, wedding receptions, and other events. I can’t even begin to tell you how deliciously moist and tasty their cookies are – they really are wicked good!
Wicked Good Cookies is also offering our clients a special discount on orders (also applicable towards the Photo Cookie Station) so feel free to contact us for more information.
I’m loving this neat new concept to wedding videography by Weddeos! Not only is it a unique idea but it’s also a budget friendly way for brides and grooms to capture their wedding day. Weddeos takes the traditional art of filming and turns it into something fun and memorable for everyone. They offer 3 different packages: Radiant, Emerald, and Princess. Each package comes with mini-HD cameras that are to be assigned to friends, family members, even planners to help shoot various angles of the wedding. 1 camera could be given to Uncle Bob, who loves chatting with everyone; 2nd camera could be given to that friend that you couldn’t include in the wedding party but still wanted to make him/her feel apart of the wedding; 3rd one could be given to Auntie Ann to film the girls getting ready; and the list goes on. The mini-HD cameras record 1 hour of footage each and couples also have the option of taking them on their honeymoon to capture the post wedding moments. After all the footage is captured on the cameras, simply send them back with the prepaid shipping labels and the Weddeos editing team will work their magic. They edit the videos with a music video style approach, which is quite popular nowadays amongst young couples who are looking for that “MTV style” wedding video. Weddeos can also work with your photographer and create photo montages in the video. As many of you may know, the most important aspect of videography is being able to piece and edit everything together. I love the idea of having your wedding captured on video through the eyes of someone who knows you best. Check out one of their sample videos below:
The fabulous team over at Weddeos has a very special offer for our MW readers – with the mention of Mikado Weddings, couples will receive a $75 discount on Weddeos’ Packages.
Having one of these at your wedding?
I was browsing through Etsy and falling in love with just about everything I clicked on. I found a bunch of photo booth props that I wanted to share with everyone since we were just talking about this topic with one of our brides for her upcoming wedding.
Mustaches, and glasses, and lips! Oh, my!
I absolutely love this Diana F+ camera! This is the remake of the 1960′s popular Diana film camera design. This camera produces lo-fi images, giving off an amazing dreamy feel. There are so many style options to choose from and they all create an artistic touch to the image without having to touch up each one.
Have a friend use this camera to take some gorgeous pictures on or for your special day. It would be a great addition to your professional pics!
Photo booths are EVERYWHERE! The machines of the past that were used for passport photos (or at the Downtown Corner Mall for fun) have made a big comeback. Corporate functions, events, and weddings are renting photo booths for their guests. A majority of the photo booth rentals have scrapbooks with their packages that couples are using in lieu of a traditional guestbook. That way, you can have photos to go with the wishes family and friends leave for you!
The recent Beantown Bride party had a photo booth from ShutterBooth Boston, who we actually have booked for a September wedding also!
There was also a photo booth at the Granite Links Group Tasting by VMC Servicies. We snuck in for a few photos there too! We love the option of doing black and white photos. Always a classic!
Say Cheeseeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
